You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For an item to be eligible for a full refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number.
Opened and used products can only be returned for repair or exchange at the discretion of Rantopad USA. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee may apply. All used products will incur a 20% restock fee if approved for a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund. the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
